美中全球议题对话项目
郭嘉明是乔治城大学美中全球议题对话项目高级研究员。他在美国政府和私营部门从事中美关系工作20余年。郭嘉明毕业于布朗大学并获得荣誉学士学位，后又于约翰霍普金斯大学高级国际研究学院获得硕士学位。他研究生期间的主要研究方向为中国问题与国际经济。
