中美学生对话
美中学生对话项目旨在为乔治城大学学生与中国大学学生进行交流、讨论影响中美关系的关键问题提供平台。
Launched during the COVID-19 pandemic, the inaugural cohort of 15 Georgetown students participated in virtual dialogues with students from Fudan University, Peking University, and Zhejiang University during the spring 2021 semester. The virtual dialogues continued into the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 academic years, seeking to maintain connections between U.S. and Chinese students amidst a period of strained international educational exchange.
During the 2023-2024 academic year, the initiative expanded the program into a yearlong, multilevel dialogue culminating in an in-person trip to Hong Kong and Shenzhen in May 2024. Since then, the program has resumed engaging Georgetown students in dialogues with students, scholars, policymakers, and businesspeople in China through virtual discussions and in-person visits to China. Browse below to read about previous cohorts and reflections shared by dialogue participants.
