Faculty Seminars
The Initiative for U.S.-China Dialogue on Global Issues sponsors faculty seminars that bring distinguished scholars to campus to share their research with the Georgetown community.
The seminars address U.S. and Chinese approaches to global and transnational issues, including peace and security, business and trade, economic and social development, global health, and climate change.
The Initiative Faculty Committee is accepting nominations for seminar speakers for the 2016-2017 academic year. The initiative will cover all seminar-related costs, including transportation, lodging, honoraria, and event costs.
All Georgetown faculty are invited to nominate scholars they would like to host on campus. Interested faculty should send the CV of the proposed speaker and a short description of the proposed topic to uschinadialogue@georgetown.edu.
