On Monday, January 8, 2018, Duke University's Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions and Georgetown University's Initiative for U.S.-China Dialogue on Global Issues held a lunchtime talk on "Understanding the Chinese Carbon Market Proposal" at Duke University's Duke in DC Center.
Experts discussed a December announcement committing China to a national carbon market that offers companies incentives to reduce emissions.
