Zhang Lili
Beijing Normal University
Zhang Lili is an associate professor and deputy director of the Research Center for Minority Education and Multi-Cultural Studies at Beijing Normal University. Her research on rural and migrant women and education equity was funded by UNICEF and the Ford Foundation. She is a participant in the Initiative for U.S.-China Dialogue on Global Issues Research Group on Women and Society.
- Taught gender-related courses in mainland China as well as overseas, including teaching on the sociology of gender at Penn State Behrend as a Fulbright Scholar during the 2011-2012 academic year and on women’s leadership at New Mexico State University in 2008.
