Initiative for U.S.-China Dialogue on Global Issues

Following their participation in the spring 2025 U.S.-China Student Dialogue, Georgetown University students Aanika Veedon (SFS‘26) and Luke Hughes (SFS‘27) sought ways to continue developing mutual exchange, cross-cultural understanding, and discussion with their peers at Tsinghua University.

Hosted by Luke and Aanika, the U.S-China Student Dialogue Podcast was launched in February 2026 to advance dialogue and diplomacy within the U.S.-China relationship through the lens of student-to-student experiences. The series feature interviews with student participants in the spring 2025 U.S.-China Student Dialogue who share their experiences in the dialogue and thoughts on what U.S.-China relations mean to them.
