Chen Ling is an associate professor and vice director of the Center for Industrial Development and Environmental Governance at the School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University, China. Her research focuses on public policy process, science and technology policies, and high-tech industrial policies. She is a participant in the Initiative for U.S.-China Dialogue on Global Issues faculty research group on business and trade.
- Has recently conducted research on low-carbon innovation of the automobile industry, indigenous innovation policy, and China’s platform policy.
- Published numerous papers in academic journals and for international conferences.
- Received her Ph.D. in public management from Tsinghua University in 2005.
