Mandira Bagwandeen is a lecturer at Stellenbosch University’s Political Science Department. Her primary research interests are China-Africa relations, Africa's regional integration and development, techno-geopolitics, geopolitics and geoeconomics of commodities, and South-South Cooperation. She is a participant in the Africa-China Research Group on Digital Infrastructure.
