Xinbo Wu

Xinbo Wu is a professor and dean of the Institute of International Studies, and director of the Center for American Studies at Fudan University. Wu teaches and researches China’s foreign and security policy, Sino-U.S. relations, and U.S. Asia-Pacific policy. Wu is on the editorial board of the Washington Quarterly and European Journal of International Security; he is on the International Advisory Board of International Affairs. He is currently a member on the Advisory Council of the Asia Society Policy Institute, as well as a member of the Trilateral Commission. Wu is a participant in the Initiative for U.S.-China Dialogue on Global Issues Research Group on Managing Strategic Competition.

- Co-author of Asia-Pacific Regional Order in Transformation (2013), and China and the Asia-Pacific Chess Game (2017).
- Published in English language journals such as International Affairs, The Washington Quarterly, Journal of Contemporary China, Contemporary Southeast Asia, and Asian Survey.
