Jennifer Huang Bouey是乔治城大学护理与健康学院国际健康系的系主任和流行病学教授，乔治城美中全球议题对话项目教授委员会委员。她于2005年起在乔治城任教。

Major international activities include:

  • Principal investigator on NIH-funded projects “Sexual Health among Low-Income Female CSW in China” (NICHD R21) and “Risks for HIV/STIs and Their Psychological Correlates among Chinese MSM” (NICHD R01-subcontract); co-investigator of an NIH-sponsored pilot project on "HIV among African migrants in China" (2016-2017).
  • Member of NIH research review committees, including: NIDA/NIH committee “HIV/AIDS implementation Science targeting Drug use Populations: A collaboration with PEPFAR” (2011); Forgarty grants (2011-2016).
  • Author of over 120 peer-reviewed articles and policy reports on global health.
  • Invited to provide expert testimony four times on China's public health and health system before the US House committees.
  • Distinguished Chair, Tang Chair for China Policy Studies, RAND Corporation (2019-present)
